12 Fri Volleyball athletes must have
turned in current physicals to
athletic office to be cleared
for summer training, open gyms.
22 Mon First day of summer weight training begins..
8:30-9:30 am MEET IN WEIGHT ROOM
You must be signed up through Doug Christofis and you
must have a current physical as of 3/1/17 turned into REGISTERMYATHLETE.COM
to be able to participate in summer open gyms, friday training etc.
23 Tue 8:30-9:30 am meet in weight room:
MUST BE REGISTERED FOR WEIGHT CAMP
TO PARTICIPATE IN OPEN GYMS!
Open gym: Main gym
9:30-11:30 am
*Bring snack and change of shirt/vball shoes
25 Thu 8:30-9:30 am Summer weight training:
NO OPEN GYM TODAY!!
26 Fri FUN FRIDAY OFF! Lucky you!
